Pharaoh was a wonderful, loving dog with PERSONALITY!!! He was born on December 3, 1998 in Medaryville, IN at Tumbledown and Regalwise. He was the only dog in the litter and was very special to us! He was foundation of Eclipse Kennels and the dog that introduced us to the world of white-coated GSDs.
Pharaoh was an amazing dog. He had mastered being so magnificent with an incredible presence and at the same time a goofball. He had a love for squeaky toys and was often observed playing with them rolled over on his back. Pharaoh was all someone could have wished in a dog. He was gentle, loving, loyal and had an incredible zest for life.
Pharaoh had a very fruitful Conformation career. We started him in the show ring at 5 months of age. Pharaoh became a WGSDCI Champion at 18 months, an American Rare Breed (ARBA) Champion at 20 months and a WGSDCA Champion at 24 months of age. He also produced very beautiful puppies including a spectacular dog named Eclipse's Strength of Atlas.
Dec. 7, 2006 was a very sad day at Eclipse Kennels when we had to say goodbye to Pharaoh. His spirit lives on in his progeny and the memories we have of him will last a lifetime. We take comfort in knowing that those who have already crossed the Rainbow Bridge will now get to experience the antics and personality we enjoyed all these years. It was an honor to have had him in our lives and although he will be missed terribly, we know he'll be there at the bridge to make us smile again.
